Dunbar spoke to U.S. Department of Agriculture employees and veterans during the USDA Veterans Day recognition ceremony, Nov. 7, in Washington, D.C. Dunbar met with leadership and fellow veterans at the ceremony which recognized those who have served and currently serve in the U.S. military.
