LANDOVER, Md. -- Air Force District of Washington Airmen were honored for their service by the National Football League Washington Redskins as part of USAA's "Salute to Service" event during team practice, Nov. 12, 2012, in Landover, Md. USAA paired up NFL teams with military members across the United States to thank them for their service. AFDW veterans took the one-on-one opportunity to collect a few autographs and photos of the professionals while representing all Airmen from across the National Capital Region.
