Air Force District of Washington Commander Maj. Gen. Ricky N. Rupp stopped by U.S. Naval War College Jan. 27, where he met with about 56 students and faculty to discuss promotion system changes, leadership philosophies, and other areas of interest with future senior leaders. The NWC is often referred to as the "Home of Thought" for the U.S. Navy at Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island.The Air Force Element brings an air and space perspective to the joint fight while AFDW supports our assigned personnel.
