AFDW Warrior of the Week

Capt. Jolene Mancini, 779th Medical Group audiology element chief, is the Warrior of the Week for Air Force District of Washington. Mancini is stationed at Joint Base Andrews, Md. and has served with the U.S. Air Force for 14 years. Recently throughout September and October, Mancini was a cochairman for Hispanic Heritage Month. She worked with individuals from across JBA to put together several events including a 5K event, ethnic food tasting, three Child Development Center events and a finale Hispanic heritage celebration party. Mancini enjoys trap and skeet shooting, gardening and hiking as hobbies. She hails from Buffalo, N.Y. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Steele C. G. Britton)
