Major General Robert L. Smolen, Commander, Air Force District of Washington, hosted the annual headquarters awards banquet on Apr. 24 in the Bolling Clubs. The winning Airmen and civilians from AFDW headquarters staff , 316th Wing, 11th Wing and the 79th Medical Wing were selected based on their outstanding performance and meritorious contributions
