Marsha Johnson is Director, Air Force Strategic Programming and Development Facility (AFSPDF) named the Jacob. E. Smart Conference Center; Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Joint Base Andrews, Md. Ms. Johnson directs the premier Air Force Conference Center providing support to AFDW and world-wide federal agencies using the center. Ms. Johnson establishes policy, develops programs and provides implementation strategy for SPDF processes.

Ms Johnson’s career began with Department of Defense in 1986 with the United States Army Europe (USAEUR) in various Morale, Welfare and Recreaton leadership positions. She transitioned to the United States Air Force Services in 1996, Ms. Johnson has an extensive background in customer Service programs, personnel, leadership, food and beverage at Wing and Base operations.

Ms. Johnson served honorably as the “Chiefs Own” General Manager of the 11th Wing’s Bolling Officers Club, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C., where she served the President Of The United States, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and their spouses; foreign and other dignitaries. She was commended for the United States Air Force Charity Ball events, and United States Air Force Band and Honor Guard Tattoo’s, 11th Wing, Bolling Air Force Base, DC.
